When our technicians arrive we will measure everything out that you would like to have cleaned and give you final pricing at that time. Our pricing is based on areas. We define an area as 150 square feet. We charge $50.00 per area. A set of stairs counts as one area. We have a job minimum of $125.00.
Finished Basement Areas and Large Family Rooms fall in this category. They are typically larger than 300 sf. If you have a full finished basement count this as 2.
Master Bedrooms and Family Rooms usually fall under this category as they are usually between 200-250 sf.
Areas like Bedrooms other than Master Bedrooms, Dining Rooms, Formal Living Rooms and Study's. The areas are typically at or below 150 sf.
A set of stairs counts as 1 area in our pricing structure.
